Suggested Protocol:
  • Wrist Flexion and Extension: Hold for 20 seconds
  • Rubber Band Extensions: 3 sets of 12 reps – Hold for 1 second at the top of each rep
  • Wrist Curls: 3 sets of 12 – Hold at the top
  • Wrist Rollers: Roll for 20 seconds – 10 each direction
  • Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 10 reps
