Suggested Protocol:
- Wrist Flexion and Extension: Hold for 20 seconds
- Rubber Band Extensions: 3 sets of 12 reps – Hold for 1 second at the top of each rep
- Wrist Curls: 3 sets of 12 – Hold at the top
- Wrist Rollers: Roll for 20 seconds – 10 each direction
- Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 10 reps
