Background
A wealth of knowledge and expertise to help lifters get stronger, move better
STORY
I was never into physical fitness and strongly preferred playing video games in my free time. In 2018, I started lifting weights as a last resort (after a lot of research) to rehab a low back injury physios told me I would need surgery to fix. Eventually, I got stronger, and the searing pain in my lower back started subsiding, and I became obsessed with the why and how of humans getting strong. Since then, I have received mentorship from a few world-class coaches, done a lot of individual learning by keeping up with the latest evidence, continued experimenting in my own training, and coached all sorts of people.

JOURNEY
While Powerlifting-style training has always been my primary calling card, I have successfully trained many people of varying backgrounds ranging from:
- Powerlifters wanting to improve their technique.
- Combat sport athletes wanting to supplement their sports training with general S&C for an extra edge over the competition (and their sparring partners).
- Senior citizens wanting to improve their physical fitness so they can retain their autonomy.
- People wanting help rehabbing injuries accrued inside or outside the gym.
- Skinny teenagers wanting to get jacked before uni starts

APPROACH
I work with clients to identify and meet them where they are at, with ever-evolving strategies to improve the physical qualities they lack.
